Great Depression Cooking with Clara

Uncategorized | This is not music related at all, but I just came across a wonderful YouTube channel - Depression Cooking with Clara. Clara is a 93-year old Sicilian mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  In her videos and DVD, she gives you important life tips and shows you how to make meals her family made during the Depression.  She also makes these meals using old-fashioned cooking articles.  It is like sitting in your grandmother’s kitchen watching her cook.  She also shows you old pictures of her family.

My grandmother was always cooking and feeding us something.  Clara reminded me of my grandmother and I think it is so wonderful how this 93-year-old sweetheart is enjoying some Internet fame.  Clara also has a website at www.greatdepressioncooking.com.
