Facebook caves — for now

Due to the revolt from Facebook users on the new Terms of Use (see last two posts), Facebook has backed down and returned to their previous Terms of Use. However, this change seems to be temporary until Facebook can figure out how to change the terms to accomplish its agenda without angering its users.

People are very upset about the new Facebook terms of use, and rightly so.
Now, a complaint is supposed to be filed with the FTC and Zuckerberg is back-peddling.

There are already complaints that Facebook’s stalker feed and other features are too invasive. However, Facebook has now made changes to its user agreement without notifying its users.
