Sad day for LA radio

LA’s only indie alternative station, Indie 103.1 FM, has decided to leave the terrestrial market and be a web-only station because they are sick of playing the corporate radio game.

APPLE GOES DRM-FREE!!!!!

Big news for music makers, music lovers and those interested in copyright.
Apple has agreed to offer DRM-free tracks, as well as some songs priced at 79 cents!
This is a big deal and will also give some of their competition (like Amazon and eMusic) a run for their money.
